    How we use your information

When you enquire, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address and message — to respond to your enquiry and share the relevant programme information pack, fees, dates and venue details.

    Confidential course scheduling

Where you enquire as a parent about a group programme, we may ask for your address, your former partner's name, and your former partner's address or approximate location. This information is used confidentially and only for scheduling, to ensure former partners are not booked onto the same course. It is kept strictly confidential.

    Data retention

We retain enquiry information only for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and administer programme attendance, and in line with our legal obligations.

    Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@childcentredseparation.ie.

An educational programme supporting child-centred separation and co-parenting. It is not legal advice, therapy, mediation, or a parenting-capacity or safeguarding assessment, and it is not a substitute for those processes or for any statutory child-protection function. The child's safety always comes first; where there is a concern, participants are directed to seek appropriate advice, including from Tusla. Attendance is voluntary and self-funded.
