Terms
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Child-Centred Separation website at childcentredseparation.ie and the information it provides about our educational programmes. By using this site you accept these terms.
Educational programme — not advice
Child-Centred Separation is an educational programme supporting child-centred separation and co-parenting. It is not legal advice, therapy, mediation, or a parenting-capacity or safeguarding assessment, and it is not a substitute for those processes or for any statutory child-protection function. The child's safety always comes first; where there is a concern, participants are directed to seek appropriate advice, including from Tusla.
Attendance and fees
Attendance is voluntary and self-funded. Places are limited and offered by enquiry. Fees, dates and venues are shared on request. Programme details and pricing on this site are subject to change.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, the Five Pillars framework, the companion workbook, illustrated children's books and the 'Think It Through' decision-support tool — is the property of Child-Centred Separation and may not be reproduced without permission.
